The Consciousness Collective is a movement that focuses on a collective consciousness amongst participants. We focus on raising the universal frequency of the planet through individual and collective elevation. We use various modalities, methods, techniques, and practices to heighten mindfulness within our groups. The movement embodies a series of workshops, courses, and seminars that will teach energy mastery, mindfulness, intentional manifesting, and an overall complete transformation that includes awakening our superconscious capabilities with a more enlightened mindset. The basis of the movement is to re-stabilize balance and peace within the human and then within the 3-D experience.

Life is energy. Quite naturally the physical body contains Energy Centers to keep us balanced as we navigate life. The energy centers are also called Chakras.
It's very easy to connect with the energy centers in our bodies, all it takes is a few moments of silence and a willingness to connect with our inner being.
The most important energy center of them all is the Heart Chakra. Authentic energy flowing from and through the heart is the purest form of energy. It is the highest and most powerful vibration to exist.
