True Intention is the Heart of the Soul

You Can Not Lie To Self

True intent is that feeling in the depths of our soul that no matter what we cannot deny that it exists.  We can manipulate, ignore, disregard, and suppress our true feelings all we want but we cannot erase them.  We can tell a lie but true intention makes us blatantly aware of the truth.  We can say we did something for one reason but true intent will remind us of the actual reason we did that thing. We can express feelings different from what we really feel, but bottom line, what's in our heart and minds vibrates our true frequency. Simply put, we cannot lie to Self.

When we do there are repercussions. 

There is a nagging feeling we get when we are not being our authentic selves and it doesn’t go away.  Most times we are able to live with the inauthentic feelings because humans are wired that way so it makes it internally sustainable. However we have something called a conscious, and providing there are no sociopathic tendencies, guilt is one repercussion of sustained inauthenticity. Sustained feelings of guilt will begin to manifest into our physical world.  We are doing ourselves a disservice when we deny our true intent.  We are so accustomed to living in denial that it is just a way of life. 

We don’t have to live this way anymore. 

Learn to accept your authentic Self no matter how that shows up in the world.  We are all beautiful, unique, quirky, imperfect, flawed human beings and no one is in a position to judge another.  No matter our imperfections we can successfully change those things we do not like and try to keep hidden from the world. We start the process of change by accepting our truths.  Do not allow anyone’s judgment to be a reflection upon you and do not allow your judgments to impose upon anyone.  Accepting our true nature is the key to happiness.

You should never do or go where the spirit is unwilling to follow.  It’s called intuition and it should be the main guiding force in your life.                                                                                                                                                                                   —E.
