Friction Limits Movement

Updated: May 31, 2023

Post focuses on internal friction.

Just from our basic understanding of friction we know that it's a force of resistance. In some instances, friction is necessary, like when trying to gain traction to facilitate motion on land, as referenced by Wikipedia. In other cases, friction causes more harm than good, like in the case of internal friction which causes discord, disharmony, and opposition. The scope of this post will only focus on internal friction.

Most friction is created by going against the grain, most people have heard this term and it simply means running counter to one's feelings, thoughts, ideas, opinions, and even our way of being. Going against the grain disturbs the natural organic flow of conductivity and causes imbalances in our energy centers better known as chakras. We are conditioned to create friction where otherwise there wouldn't be any. The explanation for this tie into another post that explains why we are genetically predisposed to gravitate toward negativity.

When dealing with matter, especially that of our internal environment, you never want to go against the grain, it creates friction and activates stress hormones. We get so busy and distracted by life that we rarely stop to pay attention to the natural flow and order that exists all around us in nature and within our essence. The universe is governed by innate laws that keep this reality experience we are having running like a well-oiled machine. Humans are also wired to run like a well-oiled machine. It's a fact that we lack the knowledge and keen sense of awareness to tap into our intrinsic sensibilities. We are justifiably getting in the way of our intuitive nature, and it is causing static which is another form of friction. We are how we are because it is in our DNA. While so, we do have the propensity to control it. There are several things that can be done to alleviate friction.

(1) Be mindful when getting stressed, annoyed, upset, sad, or angry while doing anything. That is a huge indication of friction.

Friction consumes our energy. Take a moment to compose, destress, and look at the situation from a different angle. Angular momentum, which is how we move from varying angles, plays a huge role in how we respond to our environment.

(2) Step away from the matter that is causing friction.

Friction is a force of motion resistance between elements, if we get stuck in our way, the only thing to do is unbind our thoughts from the proposed problem, friction will go away instantaneously.

(3) Collapse the particle into wave.

Wave particle is far more intuitive than solid mass. We collapse matter simply by taking our awareness aware from it. Wave-particle theory is difficult to understand, especially because there is much controversy in the scientific world about this very concept. It's a 50/50 belief that this is even possible. However, my concept of science is an understanding of scientific theory in conjunction with personal experience. I recommend approaching every scientific theory with a healthy dose of skepticism no matter the source. In a logical sense, wave particle will be hard for many to believe and/or understand because our brains are not wired to believe we can make an object collapse into frequency. But we can.

Don't believe me try this exercise:

Find an object to use in this exercise. It can be anything big or small, static or moving. Spend 1-2 minutes focusing on the object. Next, take your awareness (thought, sight, touch, smell, hearing, taste) away from the object. Spend 2-3 minutes thinking or focusing on something else that totally distracts you from the object of choice. The only way this works is if you fully remove your awareness from the object. When the exercise is done assess whether that object collapsed. Meaning, while the energy (frequency) of that object was still fully present it had absolutely no material structure in your conscious mind, that is, until you brought your awareness back to it and it once again became solid matter. If it did not fully collapse, it's because some part of your awareness was still focused on it. Keep practicing this exercise and you will soon have success.

When you get it, you will see, once you see you will never see the same again.
